1、Introduce
Manual mold design silicone rubber is two components rtv liquid silicone which is dedicated to manual mold design. The silicone rubber mold with resistance to deformation, linear shrinkage and high temperature, which is mainly applicable to manual molds and a small quantity of product duplication.

③Good flexibility, resistance to deformation, low shrinkage to less than 0.1%.
3、Application
manual mold silicone rubber is mainly applicable to manual mold design, such as PVC plastic molds, model mold making, cement product molds, low melting point alloy molds, alloy toy craftworks, plastic toys, gift and stationery, large statues, duplication of cultural relics, shoe sole mold fabrication, pad printing positioning, shock resistance for electronic equipment, etc.

5、Operation method
Step 1:Prepare the tools, polish the original model and fix it on the board.
Step 2:Please weigh Part A and part B with recommended ratio into a clean container.
Step 3: Stir Part A base silicone thoroughly before use, then mix Part A and Part B evenly until Part B is completely dispersed in Part B.If the silicone stir unevenly, the silicone mold will be cured not evenly, which will affect its service life and replicate times of silicone mold, even be scrapped.
Step 4:Put them into the vacuum container to pump the air out of the silicone rubber,allowing the mixture to completely expand and then collapse. After a further 1 to 2 minutes under vacuum, the mixture should be inspected and can be used if free of air bubbles. A volume increase of 3-5 times will occur on vacuum de-airing the mixture. So a suitably large container should be chosen.
Step 5:Pour the vacuumized silicone onto the products, get products fully and evenly flooded. It will be cured in 24 hours.
Tips of operation
1.We advice you de-mold after 24 hours, it is will improve the replicate times of silicone mold.
2.If there is not a vacuum container, please add less curing agent ,about 1%-1.5% (not less than 0.8%). In this way, the working time will be slow,and the air will out of the silicone rubber,reduce air bubbles.
3.Polish the original model in advance.If the surface of the mold is rough or complex,please polish the model smooth and clean-up, then use the suitable release agent.Such as vaseline,detergent,soap water,liquid paraffin etc. In practice,please use the release agents according to the material.
4.According to local temperature conditions:around 25℃,add 2%-3% curing agent; around 10℃,add not more than 5% curing agent.If the temperature is around -5℃, the silicone will not be cured.38-45℃,add 1% curing agent. 20-30℃ is the most suitable temperature for silicone to be cured.
